ComColors Model

 

ComColors is a personality’s model which is at the same time comprehensive and simple. Comprehensive because it allows each one to find its own personality thanks to the way colors are explained and thanks to his mode of administration. Comprehensive also because it helps to understand the links between colors and motivations, conditional and conflicting behavior. The model ComColors has been validated through psychometric measurement. This model can be used during individual or team coaching and during training. The trainings are livened up around the individual profile of each one. Digital tools can be used too (tablet or smartphone), this allow the delivery of live feed back between participants.
