After having spent more than 20 years accompanying the transformations of the entreprises I belonged to, I had the opportunity to live an extraordinary expatriation in one of the countries which has a culture radically different from my culture of origin, China. 

 

This experience changed me and led me to give birth to a project that allowed me to combine my skills and my values : help companies and individuals to develop themselves by enabling them to be more free. In May 2017 I created my own company called Highmotion whose ambition is to accelerate the development of companies in multicultural context by providing support through coaching, training and consulting.

 

To do this I rely on :

 

- A robust experience of being part of the direction committee of midsized entreprises integrated in a fortune 500 group. During those 20 years I led many changes and accompanied my companies in their transformation plans in high stakes contexts. I work in service and industrial enterprises, operational business units but also for headquarters located in Paris and abroad. I live and work during 7 years in China where I manage 19 different nationalities located in 9 different countries in Asia (Continental China, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam), Europe (France and Turkey) and South America (Brazil).

 

- A strong competences of Executive Coach. Since 2003 I have been certified by the international Coaching Council and have accompanied french and foreign managers, executives and teams. In 2017 I got the certification of Executive Coach level expert of HEC Paris.

- A recognized experience of trainer in the field of interpersonnel communication. I am certified for Culture Active, ComColors Harrison assessment and PAPI models.

 

- An experience of organization diagnosis consolidated by training on Theory of organizations.
