Lewis' Model

 

Lewis's model allows a very visual understanding of the cultural differences through a classification in 3 categories: multi-active, linear active and reactive. Beyond the concept, an assessment tool gives the participant the opportunity to compare his own profile with the common profile of the targeted country. This help to understand potential gaps of communication. The beneficiary also has access to a very complete library of cultural knowledge, country by country. 

This model can be used during individual or team coaching and during training. During  trainings numerous experiments, role-playing games and sharing of examples take place.
